How It Works
Brief
Short intake form or a 20-minute call —your call. I need to know the product, the customer, and what success looks like for this campaign. The more specific you are here, the sharper the work that comes out the other end.
Research & Strategy
I build the creative brief before a single word of copy gets written. That means customer voice research, angle selection, mechanism positioning, and a clear picture of what belief the reader needs to hold before they’ll buy. Strategy is locked first. Everything else follows from it.
First Draft
You get the full deliverable plus a one-page brief that explains the angle, the structural choices, and what each section is doing. No mystery copy dropped in a doc. You should understand exactly why the page was built the way it was.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included with every project. Most work lands in one or two passes. If something isn’t converting the way it should, that’s a conversation worth having —not a bill.

Most projects run entirely over email. No recurring calls, no check-in meetings unless you want one. You’ll always know where things stand without having to ask.
Questions upfront, not mid-draft
The brief conversation happens once, at the start. I’d rather ask five questions before I write than surface a fundamental misalignment after you’ve read 3,000 words. If the brief is clear, the draft comes back clean.
You work directly with me
Not a team member who was briefed on a brief. Every draft, every revision, every question —that’s me. The person who understands the strategy is the person writing the copy.
I work best with real data
Real reviews, real customer language, real sales data. If you have testimonials, customer service threads, or survey responses —send them. That’s where the best copy comes from. I can build from scratch, but I’ll always go further with raw voice-of-customer material in hand.
